Royal College of Nursing Leadership Programme

The Royal College of Nursing Leadership Programme is designed to create and support future leaders in health and social care. It is designed to give healthcare professionals in the UK the opportunity to lead positive and effective change – something that ultimately serves to improve the patient experience. There are 7 programmes available, to suit all levels of aspiring or established leaders. From an introduction to leadership, to clinical and organisational leadership; there is something for staff at all levels. The programmes are usually delivered face-to-face at various RCN locations around the UK.
